As Managing Broker of California and Colorado, Casey McLoed is focused on supporting ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s partners statewide by providing them with risk management support, transactional advice, guidance on California Association of REALTORSâ“� (CAR), SFAR and PRDS contracts, inter brokerage communications, dispute resolution and regulatory guidance.

Prior to joining ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, he served as the Sales Manager of two top-performing offices at one of the largest independent real estate companies in the Sacramento area.

Casey currently serves as 2023 REALTOR� Party of California Chair for CAR, and also serves on both the Legislative and Federal Committees. He is also a REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Fundraising Trustee for the National Association of REALTORS� (NAR) and an NAR RPAC Hall of Fame member. He has served on multiple other RPAC committees on the national level.

Casey has been awarded as his local association’s REALTORâ“� of the Year, was the Special President’s Award Recipient and holds designations including CRB, CRS, SRS, ABR, e-Pro, PSA, RENE, AHWD, SFR and C2EX.
